COULD YOU PLEASE INTRODUCE YOURSELF?
My name is Pauline and I am 28. My altruist nature encourages me to share and help others whenever I can. To fulfill my personal and professional projects, I follow my favourite quote by Gandhi “Be the change you want to see in the world”.
WHAT IS YOUR CAREER PATH?
As a sales assistant in the hiking department for seven years, I used my skills to organize and manage relationships in Decathlon. Originally from Auvergne, I had a full-time job opportunity in Montpellier where I discovered the Occitanie region. Having worked in the Odysseum store for four years, I was part of the local Decathlon Foundation project in partnership with the League against obesity. Moreover, I was part of various ecological actions while organizing the Vitalsport event in 2018.
WHAT ABOUT YOUR SPORT PASSION ?
I regularly do hiking as I am a passionate traveller who loves to discover new cultures and breath-taking sceneries. Recently I finished installing my van named “Olly” and I hope I will be able to hit the road soon. If I am not in nature, I usually practice yoga, its benefits help me find my daily inner balance.
WHAT WAS THE MAIN REASON TO JOIN G’IMPACTE ?
I always had this wish to contribute to projects which have a positive impact to the world. To join G’IMPACTE team for my final internship which is part of ongoing studies on Quality, Security, Environment and Sustainable Development is an obvious choice. For me it is very rewarding if I can act on these subjects as well as help the company which trusted me all these years.
G’IMPACTE challenge is eloquent both by the vision to transfer competences among different entities of the Group, and also by integrating various stakeholders in the process.
Changing mindset today is a necessity, not an option. I would like to thank the team for giving me this opportunity.
